He has over fifteen years of experience in performing financial statements audit, external/ statutory audit, internal audit, micro assessment, spot checks, tax audits, RFP for HACT Financial Audit of UNDP Egypt NIM Projects VRS & Associates – Chartered Accountants and tax audits for clients belonging to various industry sectors such as trading industry, educational industry, and service industry. He has performed project audit for various donor agencies viz. GIZ, World Bank, AfDB, The Global Fund, UNOPS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF and UNWOMEN.
Pinky Kapoor is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a qualified lawyer. With over 16 years of experience, she has advised clients on a wide range of matters under the Income Tax Act, including international taxation. Her expertise includes structuring transactions and analyzing their implications under direct tax laws, corporate regulations, and foreign exchange laws. Pinky has also independently handled assessment, reassessment, and appellate proceedings. Her work includes drafting comprehensive written submissions and representing clients before tax authorities
