Its Partners bring 100+ years of combined experience delivering assurance engagements for UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNFAO, WHO, ILO, UNOCHA), gained through prior associations with other audit firms. This includes project audit, grant audit, HACT and NIM/SR audits, financial audits, micro assessments, spot checks, and capacity assessments across 50+ countries spanning South Asia, Africa, and South America.

Having managed these engagements end-to-end, the Partners hold strong command of donor compliance frameworks, risk classification of implementing partners, and standards like ISA and ISRS 4400.

VRSA was founded to unite this expertise under one firm, applying the same rigour and methodology through a dedicated multidisciplinary team built to deliver at scale.

VRS & Associates is a prestigious firm that was founded in 2013 and offers a wide range of services to development centres, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations.

Our company has completed many assignments for a diverse range of prestigious clients, including UN agencies, multilateral/bilateral agencies, international organizations, and various government entities throughout the world, with a dedication to excellence and integrity.
